Ancient Neapolitan Empire frame in gilded and carved wood belonging to the first decade of the 19th century.
The four corners are enhanced by four large leaves which denote the era and provenance.
The entire structure is embellished with three orders of carving alternating between palmettes and rhombuses typical of the Empire period to which it belongs.
The gilding is 24kt leaf gold on an Armenian bole layer.
