Finely chiselled gilded bronze Empire clock from the early 19th century.
The scene hinges entirely on the figure of King Charles
The figure on the left shows the ruler wearing the costume of the time, while on the right he is depicted with armour, shield and sword.
The underlying part is enriched with allegorical scenes relating to the life of the ruler.
The dial is made of porcelain and features Roman numerals with a “Maniere” signature in the center.
