Guido Andlovitz
Lavenia
Guido Andlovitz (Trieste 1900 - Grado 1971) designer, ceramist and architect. A pupil of Piero Portaluppi, in 1923 he was introduced by him as an artistic consultant to the SCI (Italian Ceramic Society). Over the years, following the lines of Gio Ponti, he was able to constantly innovate the tradition of Italian artistic ceramics, becoming one of the masters of the 900th century in his own right.
The proposed vase is small in size, elegant in shape, embellished with an all-round pictorial part, with flowers, branches and leaves in bright and saturated colours.
In full Andlovitz style: pure and classic shapes decorated in an unconventional and playful way.
The vase is in excellent original condition with no breaks or color defects
