PERIOD: 1800-1810
NOTE: Ancient Empire chest of drawers - directory with pilasters and golden sphinxes on the front, dating back to the very early 1800s. Completely built in solid walnut, poplar wood interior with dovetail joints and hand-forged nails
Restored in a conservative professional manner, it however presents small imperfections and signs of aging. The lock is ancient but is not original and does not work properly.
