Pair of antique Louis XVI Neapolitan bedside tables in walnut burl with rosewood reserves, dating back to the second half of the 18th century.
The front features two drawers entirely made of walnut burl that plays on the arrangement of the grain.
The decoration is typical of eighteenth-century Neapolitan style with the classic contrasting reserve and the bronze shield on the lock.
The two corners and the top are highlighted by elegant wooden borders arranged 'end to end'.
The two feet have the classic truncated pyramid shape typical of the style to which they belong, while the top is made of breccia from the same period.
General Condition: Excellent condition.
