Pair of polychrome Meissen porcelain sculptures depicting scenes of women, dating back to the late 19th century.

Both sculptures depict mythological figures typical of the eclectic taste of the late 19th century.

The largest figure is depicted wearing a long purple-pink dress that covers a robe finely decorated with floral motifs and is leaning on a tripod with a flame on top.

The smaller figure represents a nymph rising from the waters, caught in the act of lifting a veil over her head.

Conditions: Excellent condition.
