Description
Pair of “Ventoline” mirrors in gilded and carved wood dating back to the first half of the 18th century.
The contemporary mercury mirror is surrounded by a beautiful frame with two orders of carving and has a beautiful cymatium with a leaf motif in the upper part surrounded by ears bearing the same motif.
The lower part still features scrolls with a central medallion.
Conditions: Excellent condition.
Provenance: Naples 18th century.
