These are two vintage-style wall sconces with chromed metal, brass, and iron frames. The smoky amber blown glass diffusers were handmade in Murano. Each lamp consists of a vertical chromed metal base fixed to the wall, from which a curved brass arm with a small decorative scroll extends. This arm supports a cylindrical brass lamp holder, which holds a flared cup-shaped glass with a slightly darkened edge. The glass has a soft shape, rounded at the bottom and more open at the top, creating an elegant lantern effect. When turned on, the lamp emits a warm light diffused through the amber glass. The materials exhibit a patina of age, with the brass slightly oxidized and the glass perfectly intact. The overall style recalls Art Deco and classical elements reinterpreted in a more modern way, with a harmonious combination of curves, metal, and warm glass.
