60s Pulegoso Glass Pendant Lamp in Afra Tobia Scarpa Style

Modern Italian pendant lamp dating back to the 60s.

The spherical diffuser is crafted from authentic blown Murano glass. The craftsmanship is characterized by the inclusion of thousands of intentional air bubbles (a pulegoso or crackle effect), which diffuse the light softly and create evocative reflections on the walls.

The upper frame features a clear cylindrical collar equipped with a metal arch for suspension, with a minimal design typical of the style of Afra and Tobia Scarpa or the Mazzega manufacture of the period.

At the center of the glass sphere is a metal cylinder that houses the lamp holder, designed to avoid direct glare from the bulb.

Measurements: Length 105cm – diameter of the lampshade approximately 30cm
