Medusa chandelier from Murano attributed to Seguso 1950

Murano glass chandelier made entirely by hand, characterized by a jellyfish composition with a central structure in transparent blown glass, from which elegant decorative elements develop in the shape of curved leaves and worked in relief, with a striped texture typical of the "rigadin" technique, the leaf motifs are arranged harmoniously upwards and downwards creating a light and sophisticated visual effect, suspended by a metal chain, the chandelier recalls the classic Venetian style with organic and marine references, evoking the image of a stylised jellyfish in an artistic key. Attributed to the Seguso company.

The chandelier has different colors: amber, transparent and the rod with a slightly dark transparent color.
It has a wooden base into which the silver-colored glasses are fitted.
