Vintage Italian 70s Space Age Style Glass and Metal Chandelier

Italian “Space Age” style pendant lamp, probably produced in the 70s by the Mazzega glassworks.

Structure in chromed steel, polished red aluminium and lampshade in blown Murano glass.

It's fully functional. Ready to use.

This pendant lamp model was originally used both in domestic contexts, such as kitchens or corridors, and in public offices, hospitals, or schools due to its ability to diffuse a soft, uniform light.

Very good condition. As shown in the photos.

I would like to point out that part of the iron rod has a patina of rust.
