Ancient Italian holy water font from the second half of the 19th century. Work in veined red marble in seventeenth-century style composed of a circular basin with molded edge and multi-order turned baluster (see photo). Bathtub of great size and impact, in a beautiful patina, ideal for placing in a living room or large entrance hall. Marble that shows signs of wear and age which give even more charm to the stoup. Work for antique dealers and interior designers, with fabulous furnishings. Structurally sound and in good state of conservation.
