1. “Nowarc Shop” Service

Nowarc srls is in no way involved in the financial and economic transaction between the buyer and the seller when the Nowarc Shop service is used nor in the management of any shipping and any returns or disputes that may arise between the Buyer and the seller.

The Nowarc Shop Service is aimed at the actual Buyer and Seller of the products. For anything not expressly provided in these Conditions, all the General Conditions of Service, which can be found at the following link.

2. Ad insertion and availability for shipping

When inserting or modifying adverts in the provided categories, the Seller has the right to indicate whether the item is available for distance selling via shipping at his expense and whether collection is available at the Seller's point of sale.

In the case of shipping, the Seller has the possibility to specify exactly the estimated shipping cost which will be added to the total amount paid by the Buyer.

3. Payment

Payment must be made via the PayPal Payment Gateway and can be made via credit card or PayPal account.

The processing of the buyer's payment and credit card data is carried out by the payment service provider. In order to use the service, the Buyer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of said supplier: Terms of use

The Buyer is solely responsible for the transmission of data from his credit or debit card.

4. Shipping and collection at the point of sale

Shipping is handled by the Seller, the Seller is ultimately responsible for ensuring that buyers receive the purchased goods. The Seller can indicate whether an item can also be picked up at its point of sale by the buyer.

If a shipping service is used, the seller undertakes to:

– Provide the sender's address accurately.

– Ship the items within 3 days of the sale via a tracked shipping service.

– Ship to the address indicated by the Buyer during payment.

In the event that an order is not delivered, the Seller must be prepared to provide valid proof of shipment. Valid proof of shipping must show that the item was actually shipped and that it was sent to the address indicated by the buyer.

Without prejudice to all of the foregoing, the Seller and Buyer hereby undertake to strictly comply with the instructions and practices set out in these Conditions and those of the Carrier. It is understood from now on that, should the same not be - even partially - respected, Nowarc will not be liable in any way for any misunderstandings nor will it assume any responsibility regarding the relevant transaction and shipment, which will remain entirely the responsibility of the user.

10. Cost of the Nowarc Shop service

To use the Nowarc Shop payment service, the Buyer will pay a cost for the service when finalizing the online purchase which will already be included in the purchase price of the final goods displayed and will be equal to 9% of the price of the item excluding expenses of shipments.

11. Refunds and returns

The refund must be made within 14 days of the Buyer receiving the item. Furthermore, it must also use the payment method desired by the customer. If the consumer has manipulated and ruined the goods, the difference in value of the refund due will be calculated. Shipping costs for any returns are directly attributable to the Buyer and must be sent to the address indicated by the Seller.

The reason that leads to the request for a return and refund can occur due to the following problems:

the item does not conform to the description and therefore does not satisfy the customer
the item arrived damaged
the product is not the one ordered by the customer or has different characteristics from those selected (colour, material...)
