A group of four cherrywood armchairs, dating back to the second quarter of the 19th century in Italy, in the Charles X style. The main decorative element is the horizontal band backrest centered by an oval medallion, pierced and carved with gilded plant motifs. The curved armrests attach to the square seat; the front legs are tapered and straight, while the rear legs are saber-shaped. The seat is made of Vienna straw and features a cushion upholstered in light-colored fabric.

Condition report: Good overall condition. Original cane seats; cushions from a later period.
