Antique Napoleon III jewelry box in polychrome Sevres porcelain signed “Eonard” dating back to the second half of the 19th century.
The casket has an octagonal shape with a mythological scene depicting the “Toilet of Venus” in the centre.
In the center sits Venus, partially wrapped in soft, light-colored drapes, while being assisted by some maids during her toilette.
Conditions: Excellent condition.
Provenance: 19th century France.
