Ricci Valeria's RV Art Gallery Studio continues the family tradition which boasts over thirty years of experience in the antiques sector with participation in important national exhibitions (Bergamo Antiquaria, Villa Castelbarco in Vaprio d'Adda, Rassegna Antiquaria Montichiari, Modena Antiquaria, Parma Mercante). The only gallery in Italy specializing in the period animalier genre, it deals with Painting and Sculpture at an international level from the 18th century to the beginning of the 20th century, the gallery also carries out research on artists considered "minor" in collaboration with scholars and English, German, Dutch and French experts where the animalier sector is most widespread. The search for works is aimed at valuable naturalistic subjects, created by more or less well-known authors, accompanied by original monographs when it is possible to find period catalogs and publications, or the gallery makes use of collaboration with the main Museums, Galleries and Foundations Europeans to reconstruct biographies or artistic paths. All the artists, both Italian and foreign, are carefully selected, endowed with particular sensitivity, lovers of nature and connoisseurs of the animal world, many are born as drawers dedicating themselves to anatomical study, then they dedicate themselves completely to this niche genre, developing an extraordinary interpretative ability regarding the expressiveness and typicality of the subjects depicted. The gallery pays particular attention to the Quality, Authenticity and Originality of the works proposed, Animalier art in fact receives much acclaim not only from animal lovers but also from numerous collectors who appreciate the commitment and enthusiasm in the search for a genre considered to be niche.
