This refined series of small porcelains by Ginori consists of six Caramogi (grotesque figures) each playing a different musical instrument. Their clothes are painted in gold.
They are in perfect condition, no missing parts.
Crowned N mark in blue under the bases.
The Caramogi are small grotesque figures, sometimes with a hunchback, inspired by the illustrations of the “Various Figures of the Hunchbacks” by Jacques Callot, published in 1616 in Florence. They were produced during the XNUMXth century by various manufacturers, such as Meissen, Capodimonte, Cozzi.
