Rectangular top made with the inlay technique in marble and semi-precious stones consisting of a light marble supporting structure on which carefully shaped and flush-fitted polychrome decorative elements are inserted.
The composition is organized according to a symmetrical and axial scheme with a large central oval medallion framed by a decorative band of hard stones in contrasting colors.
On the sides of the central medallion there are smaller ovals and circular reserves also in veined marble connected by volutes and cartouches with an ornamental function.
The main field is delimited by a modulated perimeter frame decorated with regular dot inserts and grotesque motifs comprising stylised phyto-like elements, birds and small animals alternating with vegetal and floral motifs.
