French desk from the late 19th century. Napoleon III furniture, wavy and rounded, carved and veneered in mahogany wood. Finished center desk enriched with gilded and chiseled bronze, of excellent quality. Furniture complete with three front drawers of good capacity, wooden upper surface covered in leather with various signs of wear which give even more charm to the furniture (see photo). Very elegant desk, ideal for placing in a living room or study, also useful for professional use. Complete with a working key, the central drawer lock is missing a spring (needs overhaul). Side drawer locks in perfect working order. Furniture overall in good state of conservation.
