Elegant Italian sculpture from the first half of the 20th century. Work finely sculpted in alabaster depicting the allegory of winter. Finely crafted statue of a young girl in vintage winter clothes moved by the wind. Base in peach blossom marble with an engraving on the front with the word "winter", back of the base with small chips due to movement (see photo). Half-length figure structurally sound and in beautiful patina. In good condition, with some small signs of aging.
