Stunning Portuguese coin chest from the 1600s in fine rosewood with rich ivory inlays. It has the entire body embellished with ivory inlay motifs, including the back; the front part is made up of a small flap door with internal drawers of various sizes also embellished with ivory inlay motifs. Lower body made up of 4 turned legs joined by a shelf surrounded by a perforated and inlaid wooden railing.
