Relax armchair in Aluminum Chair style, designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Vitra in 1958.
Using panels placed in tension between the two lateral aluminum elements that make up the structure, they create a taut but elastic seat that conforms to the body.
High-back armchair, with leather upholstery, equipped with aluminum headrest cushion and armrests.
The base is swivel with four spokes, in die-cast aluminum with chrome finish.
It is completed with a footrest which, if necessary, becomes a comfortable support or seat.
Backrest and seat with welded padding with horizontal ribs
The upholstery is in sturdy black leather, even on the back. The seams are well finished.
Side profiles and spacers in die-cast aluminum with chrome finish.
Seating mechanism: adjustable tilt backwards. Die-cast aluminum armrests with chrome finish. Four-star base in die-cast aluminum with chrome finish. This piece was produced in the 80s. The chrome is in very good condition.
