Stilux
A pair of wall sconces designed and manufactured in Italy in the Sixties by Stilux, they are in perfect condition and in working order. Mid-Century Modern design, popularized during the 1950s and 1960s, emphasizes clean lines, simplicity, and functionality. Stilux, an Italian lighting company, was known for producing high-quality lighting fixtures during this period. The combination of white and red Plexiglass suggests a bold and vibrant design. The white Plexiglass serves as a diffuser for the light, while the red elements add a pop of color and visual interest. The wood is finished in a natural tone to complement the overall design. The sconces have a streamlined and minimalist appearance, in line with the Mid-Century Modern style. They provide both ambient and directed light, the red part can be moved to direct the flow of the light.
