Large English table from the mid 20th century. Louis XVI style furniture pleasantly inlaid in bois de rose, cherry, mahogany, thuja, maple and fruit wood. Hall or living room table supported by four solid inverted pyramid truncated legs also inlaid. Large top and good service which can also be used as a dining table. Band under the top adorned with geometric inlay. Top with large central flower surrounded by bows and festoons (see photo). External edge of the table with some small lack of veneer (see photo). Excellent quality furniture, for antique dealers and interior designers. Structurally sound table with some small signs of aging. Overall in good state of conservation.
