Carlo Nason
Mazzega
The Murano glass lamp, designed by Carlo Nason for Mazzega in the 60s, is timeless.
The two large opal glass diffusers are connected in the center with a sheet steel joint. The upper part has the typical mushroom shape, while the lower part is a cone with rounded edges. When turned on only in the lower part, the orange light spreads a special luminous atmosphere. The lamp has two very different light points, so it can be turned on partially or entirely according to needs, in fact it has 2 switches.
The lamp was completely rewired as the original system dated back to the 60s and did not meet current safety standards. A special rubber protection has been applied to the internal part of the lampshades, so that they do not get damaged in contact with the steel sheet and the joint screws. These protections are removable.
The bulbs are both with E 27 socket
The conditions are excellent.
