The embossed and engraved plate is rectangular in shape and made of embossed and gilded silver. An external frame surrounds a border decorated with vine shoots and bunches of grapes.
The central cartouche places the invocation of the bismallah in relief on a dotted background. The decoration is in accordance with the Ottoman style of the 19th century.
The embossed sheet does not have hallmarks that certify the material, but from careful analysis it appears to have a high silver content.
Excellent workmanship and perfect state of preservation. Nice patina.
