French sculpture from the mid-20th century. Plaster work depicting a Sailor in Art Deco style, copy of the famous Meurice ceramic, Ideal Man scanning the horizon at the helm of the ship. It has no signatures or stamps, painted and patinated plaster object in bronze colour, for antique dealers and interior designers. Has some small scratches, signs of wear, structurally sound sculpture. Work finished from the center, overall in good state of conservation.
