Grass juice painting on canvas depicting the episode from the Old Testament in which Haman, during a banquet, is denounced by Queen Esther and sentenced to death. The entire frame is painted with elaborate floral and vegetal motifs; at the top, in a central position, the title of the work, “THE ARREST OF AMAN AND SVA SENTENCE”; at the bottom, still in a central position, the Latin text “ETIAM REGINAM VVLT OPPRIMERE” (HE ALSO WANTS TO DO VIOLENCE TO THE QUEEN).
