Mid-20th century Italian trumeau. Double body display cabinet carved and veneered in walnut, mahogany, rosewood and beech with beautiful lines and pleasant decor. Lower body equipped with two spacious drawers and flap. Interior of the flap complete with two small drawers, four document compartments and a good-sized and serviceable desk top. Trumeau adorned with a pleasantly sculpted cymatium, central spandrel with small restoration (see photo), two doors with recessed glass which offer within them two glass shelves plus a base shelf (see photo). Upper body internally covered in fabric with some signs of wear (see photo) to be removed or replaced. Structurally sound high-leg cabinet, complete with two working keys (display cabinet and flap). Trumeau ideal to place in a living room or study, with a beautiful decoration. In good condition with some signs of wear.
