Antique French Napoleon III desk in fine exotic wood with finely chiseled gilded bronze application.
The top features an original period chiseled leather covering surrounded by a gilded bronze border.
The front is punctuated by three drawers embellished with gilded bronze leaf motif handles and vents.
The four corners are decorated with large half-length figures of women, typical of the period to which they belong.
The sides are surrounded like the front with bronze profiles with a leaf motif with a large mask in the centre.
The opposite face appears to be a mirror image of the main one.
The interiors appear to be in oak wood.
