An high quality amethyst and clear murano glass chandelier designed and manufactured in Italy by Mazzega in the Seventies, the chandelier comes from an important lighting shop that was going out of business, so it has never been installed in a home and therefore works perfectly and is in excellent condition. Mazzega, a renowned Murano glass company, was indeed active during the mid-20th century and produced a variety of stunning glass chandeliers. This Cascade chandelier typically feature a tiered and layered design where the white semi cylinder murano glass elements hang in a cascading manner, creating a dynamic and visually striking effect. The chandelier incorporate gilded metal for the structural elements. Brass was a popular choice during the mid-century period. This amazing fixture can be adapted to classical and modern furnishings.
